We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor oasis, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused swing sets, gazebos, and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of our structures, return shipping fees and restocking charges may apply.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all components are disassembled and securely packed in the original crates or boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Freight Collection

  For large items like gazebos and swing sets, we will coordinate a professional freight carrier to pick up the shipment from your curbside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method minus applicable fees.
